“In my early years of accounting, I didn’t fit in with the status quo. That stuffy, boring and consvervative number-crunching persona never sat well with me,” managing partner Kym Nitschke said.
“But what I did love was helping business owners, professionals and entrepreneurs thrive in all aspects of life. And this became my simple mission when I launched Nitschke Nancarrow, and it hasn’t changed since.
“I’ve learned that to do this well, it isn’t enough to have great technical knowledge about tax, business structures, investment, insurance and all of the other aspects of wealth. Advisors really need to know their clients – their goals, aspirations and stories – and be able to help them walk through the good times and the bad.
